Behind Black Panther · Owner & security analyst
Built with care.
Engineered on a small budget.
I build practical defenses with the tools available, investigate what gets in the way, and check whether the protection actually works.
Black Panther Cybersecurity is my independent project: a place to share what I learn from hands-on security work and make it useful to others.
The person behind the work
Education tested in the real world.
I am a security analyst with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in cybersecurity. My work includes investigating suspicious activity, helping coordinate incident response, and designing and implementing identity and endpoint controls.
That experience shapes how I approach security: understand the problem, make a deliberate change, watch its effect, and follow the evidence.
The approach
Go where the evidence lies.
A configured policy is a starting point. I want to know which devices received it, whether a dependency is preventing it from working, and how it affects the people using those systems.

Project 01 · Endpoint protection
Engineering Microsoft Defender on a Small Budget
Using existing tools and licensing, working through an antivirus conflict, staging attack surface reduction rules, and checking the endpoint rather than trusting the policy screen alone.
